Responsibilities & Essential Duties

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the energy/technical sectors through targeted outreach, strategic partnerships, and personal networking.

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at leading companies, showcasing our expertise in talent acquisition and workforce solutions tailored to the industry's unique needs.

• Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver innovative staffing solutions that drive operational excellence and fuel growth.

• Drive your 360 sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and performance metrics.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and position The Global Edge Group as a trusted partner and leader in recruitment.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, & Skills)

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields

• Four years + experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Technical/energy industry or associated sectors.

• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

• Self-motivated and results-oriented, passionate about positively impacting the energy industry's future.

• Knowledge of a Technical or energy sector, including key players, market trends, and industry challenges, is a plus.
