Job Title: IT Account Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + uncapped commission
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Rotherham

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships
• Develop a deep understanding of client's business goals and IT needs
• Act as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction
• Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline
• Stay informed on industry trends, innovations, and best practices

Essential Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in the IT sector or a related field

Desirable Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud technologies, storage solutions, and managed IT services
• Familiarity with industry-specific vendors such as Microsoft and VMware
