Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Salary: £120,000 + annual performance bonuses
Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Role Overview:
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable systems that support mission-critical applications. You'll work on greenfield projects, collaborate across multiple departments including development, IT, and trading teams, and ensure the seamless operation of systems in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement reliable systems to support the firm’s trading infrastructure.
- Proactively manage infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with development, IT, and trading teams to drive automation and continuous improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance systems.
Required Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE environment.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, Ruby, or Perl.
- Strong experience with Linux system administration.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, and the ELK stack.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and GCP.
