Site Services Engineer (Monday to Friday)

We are currently recruiting for a well established client in the heart of the Leicester area. Salary could be towards £50/52,000 with overtime.

* Site Services Engineer
* Basic hours Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:00

Responsibilities will include: -
* Carrying out building maintenance, Electrical installation and plant services equipment repairs
* Conduct routine plant services preventative maintenance including refrigeration, legionella testing & air compressors
* Carry out legislative testing and inspections
* Supervise plant services installations
* Ensure the close monitoring and control of contractors
* Provide assistance to the maintenance team and provide emergency callout cover where required
* Ensure all procedures and systems are kept up to date
* Comply with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and Environmental Legislation
