Exciting Opportunity:
Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant (Remote, Greenfield Project)
6 - 12-month contract
We're seeking a dynamic D365 CE Functional Consultant who is strong in the Customer Service Module to join an enterprise end-user on a fully remote basis. This is a unique chance to be at the forefront of a greenfield project.
What We Need:
Proven expertise in D365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Customer Services Module.
* Experience of Dynamics 365 Customer Service business application, specifically in Customer Service environments
* Customer Service and case management experience
* A strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-friendly solutions
* Microsoft Power Platform experience
* Configuration of Tables, Views and Forms to support the Customer Services processes
* Configuration of Business Process Flows within the context of CRM
* Configuration of Security Roles
* Configuration of Workflows and Power Automate Flows
What You'll Do:
- Lead the implementation of D365 CE modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements
- Design, configure, and optimize D365 CE to enhance customer service operations
- Provide training and support to ensure seamless adoption
