Job Description
Hoop PS&HR are partnering with one of our esteemed Welsh-based clients to find an experienced and dynamic ER Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly supportive HR team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end employee relations (ER) cases across the organisation. You will be an essential part of an inclusive and forward-thinking work environment, contributing significantly to the success of the team.
Key Benefits:
Salary up to £45,000 per annum
33 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee relations process, providing expert advice and guidance on ER matters.
Recommend and implement solutions for various HR challenges.
Identify and introduce process improvements within HR operations.
Support the HR team with ongoing projects and organisational initiatives.
Proactively manage and mitigate risks related to employee relations.
Foster and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including trade unions.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are regularly updated and aligned with best practices.
Analyse and report on HR metrics, trends, and people data to support decision-making.Key Requirements:
Strong HR background with proven experience in handling complex ER case management.
Ability to manage a diverse workload and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
Flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused with a can-do attitude.
Experience working with trade unions is highly desirable.
Exceptional influencing skills and the ability to engage at all organisational levels.
