Location: CPM - Moor House, London
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week (days and night shifts)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

The Role
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Shift Engineer to join our Commercial Property Maintenance team in Moorgate, London. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems within a commercial office building.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical Expertise: Handle electrical applications and attend to reactive calls.
Maintenance: Complete Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) within set time frames.
Client Support: Assist clients with ad-hoc tasks and maintain strong client relationships.
Shift Coverage: Work shifts from 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am.
System Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of all plant and systems on-site.
Appointed Person: Become the Appointed Person (AP) for your site if required.What You Bring
Qualifications: City & Guild level 2 minimum / NVQ level 3 minimum.
Experience: Previous engineering position within the service industry.
Skills: Knowledge of control systems, HVAC systems, IEE 17th Edition, and IOSH Working Safely minimum.Why Join Us?
