Job Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Associate in the automotive industry based in Markham, Ontario. The role involves managing customer interactions and maintaining accurate customer records in a high-volume environment.Please note that only bilingual candidates (French) will be considered for the role.Responsibilities:- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide information and solutions related to customer's lease or financing account.- Ensuring all customer personal information and insurance forms are up-to-date.- Addressing and resolving issues with various vendors, clients, and insurance agencies.- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.- Accurately documenting all customer interactions in the call center database.- Utilizing communication "scripts" for various topics to ensure consistency and clarity in customer interactions.- Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions or alternatives.- Striving to meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and another language is required- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment- Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints- Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus- Must have basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRM platforms and Microsoft Office- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications in related fields would be a plus- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage stress effectively- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
