Skills and Responsibilities: •Knowledge of ITSM, Service Catalogs and Record producers, order guides. •Creation of workflows for each Catalog Items. •Has good Knowledge on creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policy, UI Action, Script Include. •Has good Knowledge on creating Flow Designer, workflows. •Has a good Knowledge in creating Complex Workflows for Change Module, Creating a new Change type apart from OOTB ones. •Worked on Inbound Email Actions for creation and updating of records based on the requirement. •Knowledge on creating Events, Script Actions. •Knowledge of SLA configuration, Notifications, Push Notifications, Creating HTML templates for all Notifications. •Knowledge of Import Set API and using Transform Maps. •CMDB data maintenance •Knowledge of Visual Task Board Requirements. •Portal Creation for the End Users to create Incidents and Requests. •Creation of new Metric Definition. •Worked on creating Reports, Gauges, Homepages, and Scheduling of the reports. •Knowledge of Installation of Mid Server and Uploading data from local machine to Server using Data Sources. •LDAP Integration for the user table along with the creation of data source and transform maps. •SSO Integration for the users to Login from the account portal. •Integration of third-party tools with ServiceNow. •bonding of ITSM tools using Scripted APIs.
