They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Flooring Estimator to join their dynamic team. As a Flooring Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost and materials required for various flooring projects. Your role will involve working closely with clients, contractors, and the sales team to ensure that all estimates are precise and align with client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for flooring projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on flooring options. Work with the sales team to develop competitive bids and proposals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of flooring products, materials, and industry trends. Ensure all estimates are completed within specified timeframes and meet company standards. Assist in project planning and scheduling as needed. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Flooring Estimator or in a similar role within the flooring industry. Strong knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards. Excellent mathematical and analytical skills. Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
