Regional General Manager

We are offering a new role in the Hotels industry based in the GTA, Ontario. The Regional General Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth hotel operations by providing support to all our hotels to maintain excellent guest service levels and achieve strong fiscal performance results. This role will be responsible for monitoring the performance of each hotel, analyzing operational challenges, and developing strategies to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.Responsibilities:- Provide operational support to all our hotels to improve guest service levels and achieve strong fiscal performance- Monitor the performance of each hotel and provide constructive feedback to improve efficiency- Analyze operational challenges and facilitate the development of solutions to prevent reoccurrence- Develop and implement an operational strategy that aligns with the company's business strategy- Regularly tour the hotel buildings to understand and assess operational opportunities- Establish a vision for product and service delivery to improve customer satisfaction- Provide coaching and support to the operations team to effectively manage occupancy & rate, and controllable expenses- Review financial reports and statements to determine how teams are performing against budget and provide guidance to achieve them- Ensure that all operational areas provide an atmosphere that is conducive to the overall guest experience- Communicate a clear and consistent message regarding operational goals to produce desired results on a continuous basis- A minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations as a General Manager of a 3 star hotel. - Proven track record in managing and improving operational processes.- Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and experience in KPI reporting.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Proven experience improving and working with Budgets and P& L reporting- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.- Ability to travel within Quebec and Ontario, and flexible as the company grows its portfolio - Strong customer service orientation and commitment to ensuring a positive guest experience.- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
