Job Description

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and analytical Fluid Volume Reporting Technician (contract) to join our client’s team in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately collecting, analyzing, and reporting fluid volume data from various operations. You will work closely with production teams and other departments to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and regulations. If you have a sharp eye for detail and love working with data, we are looking for you Location: Calgary, Alberta Shift: Mon – Fri, 8 hrs./day Job type: Full-time |12-month contract Responsibilities: Retrieve and collate all truck tickets by company and date Review all tickets and enter 60 to 100 truck/pipeline tickets daily into Energy Components (EC) Review and scan for missing information; ensure all data processed is complete Research for missing information in archived files, calls to Fluid Haul Dispatch departments and stakeholders or via other methods Enter preliminary information, company name, date, unit, etc. Verify source and destination of fluid Accurately enter all information into Energy Components Review daily entries for accuracy and completeness Gather all special Projects such as propane and butane from various sources Troubleshoot data anomalies with Production Accountants and amend incorrect ticket entries Reconcile rig reports (ensuring truck tickets agree to Well View data) Contact Drilling Waste team to ensure receipt of all tickets for month-end reporting Qualifications: Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Calgary, AB (Canada) Minimum 2-3 years of data entry, data analysis, Admin or dispatching experience in oil & gas industry. Experience using Energy Components field data capture system like Well View. Working knowledge of SAGD operations, SAGD site wells, pads, tanks, sumps, berms, burrows, pits, salt caverns, battery codes, other. Proficiency in MS office suits (word, excel, PowerPoint) Working Knowledge of measurements requirement for Oil and Gas Operations Knowledge of Measurement, Accounting and Reporting Plan. Effective organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Strong troubleshooting skills Strong team player with the ability to work independently Demonstrated leadership and competency in work practices, policies and procedures Are you interested in this position?
