Manufacturing Supervisor

We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join our client in Chilliwack, BC. This role will require strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work in a team environment. You will be involved in employee training, evaluating and ensuring efficiency, and enforcing policies and a procedures to create a safe working environment. Experience as a supervisor/leader in a manufacturing environment is required. Key responsibilities: • Establish and manage an employee training schedule that promotes productivity and efficient use of resources • Assess and optimize manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency • Enforce in-house and regulatory safety policies and procedures to minimize potential job-related injuries • Take on responsibility for manufacturing processes in the assigned area • Ensure clear and open communication between employees and management • Oversee the efficient and correct usage of all resources and assets • Drive productivity management and quality assurance inspections • Manage a team efficiently, ensuring quality assurance • Take proactive measures to drive productivity within the team Requirements: • 5 years working in manufacturing or construction environment • 2 years of experience working in supervisor/leadership position • Vast experience working with hand tools, power tools, and tape measures • Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect finished items If you are excited about this opportunity, don't miss out This position is moving quickly, so apply today Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted about next steps.
