SAP Project Manager (31848)

Our Client in the Health care space is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to provide site coverage for the Atlantis IT Manufacturing workstream activities at their PEI location. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the Global IT team and the local business team, providing hands-on SAP expertise and project management for the migration of systems and processes from Elanco’s S4 HANA system to Merck’s SAP ECC system. Responsibilities: Lead and manage SAP project activities at the PEI site, ensuring alignment with global and local business objectives Serve as the main point of contact between the Global IT team and local stakeholders for the SAP migration Provide expert guidance in SAP domains including Order to Cash, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management Ensure timely project delivery by managing schedules, resources, and risks Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, including virtual meetings and on-site support Travel up to 50% for on-site support at the PEI location Qualifications: 10 years of experience with SAP , particularly in Order to Cash, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills in a matrix environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels Demonstrated ability to independently resolve complex business and technical challenges Familiarity with SDLC processes and experience in large-scale SAP migrations Pharmaceutical industry background is a plus Work Model: Hybrid work model with up to 50% on-site support required at the PEI site Preference for candidates local to PEI or Atlantic Canada (no further west than Toronto)
