Babysitter wanted for childcare in Toronto

I am an International Military contractor who travels alot for work around the world .I recently bought a house and would need a baby sitter ,We are a family of three: myself, my wife, and our 3-year-old child. But i lost my wife to cancer last year. My child currently stays with my mom who is also not feeling too strong these days . So i am looking for a reliable babysitter to care for my child during that time. Shes a smart, calm, and intelligent 3-year-old. She enjoys playing with puzzles, reading picture books, and engaging in activities that challenge his mind. Shes usually very cooperative and calm but can be curious, so she loves asking questions and exploring new things. When caring for her it would be great if you could engage her in creative activities, like reading, building blocks, or any games that stimulate his thinking. SHe also enjoys some outdoor playtime if the weather is nice, but she's happy indoors with her toys and books as well. i hope to find
