Robert Half's client, a global consultancy firm has an opening in their downtown Toronto operation for an Executive Assistant / Project Assistant to support one of the leading consultants in their Leadership Advisory Practice. As the Executive Assistant / Project Assistant, you will have the ability to apply your administrative experience coupled with your project management skills. This is a great opportunity with a client focused and fast paced organization. This is a permanent role with a hybrid model, 50% office / 50% remote.As the Executive Assistant / Project Assistant, your responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:- Serve as a business partner providing ongoing project management assistance in complex and confidential assignments - Work closely and effectively with multiple internal teams as well as client groups ensuring deadlines are met and clients are served - Ensure that global database is updated and accurate, including client/internal documents, notes, emails, and appointments - Take a hands-on approach in producing high quality deliverables, ensuring completion within the designated timeline. - Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often under tight deadlines - Assist in reviewing invoices for clients prior to approval and billing - Build positive relationships and interfaces with high-level executives involved in highly confidential projects - Manage a complex calendar and arrange all scheduling for meetings and events - Arrange and coordinates complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas - Compose, prepare, and edit correspondence that is often confidentialQualifications:- 5 or more years of experience in an EA/Project Assistant position supporting a senior executive - Demonstrated project coordination experience - Strong communication skills both verbally and written - Strong organizational and planning skills - Ability to build positive relationships - Demonstrates the ability to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Total Rewards: - Competitive base salary - Annual bonus - Annual RRSP employer contribution - Hybrid work model, 50% in office / 50% remote - Personal Time Off - paid vacation, sick days, and personal days - Comprehensive Health Plan - medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability - Employee Assistant program (EAP) - Employee wellness program - Downtown core office, minutes walk from Union stationRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
