Full Stack Engineer

Kelly is now seeking a Full Stack Developer for our client’s Systems Engineering Group. This team, which will include members from our Admin Applications Team, will work on key functional enhancements identified by business owners and upgrade the technology stack. This is a fixed-term engagement, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Requirements (Must Have) - Full Stack Developer: 8 years of experience developing, debugging, and deploying complex web applications. MUST be an active and licensed Independent Contractor in Ontario Canada. Proven collaboration with UI/UX developers on at least one project. Strong hands-on experience with Angular 11 (Angular 15 features preferred), Spring 6, and Java 17. Practical experience with PrimeNG V17 components for Angular development. Proficient in deploying applications using Docker and NGINX for Angular environments. Experience configuring Jenkins and using GitHub for version control. Familiarity with code quality tools such as SonarQube, Dependabot, and Gitleaks. Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL. Mandatory Requirements: Submit a 2-page summary of project experience, detailing: Top 3 projects: goals, complexity, contribution % (individual vs team), and tech stack. Top 2 technical challenges faced and how they were resolved. Open-source contributions or publicly hosted web apps (include GitHub link).
