This is a full-time and permanent position that adopts a hybrid work model, making it the ideal fit for those seeking an in-house role centered on litigation while maintaining work-life balance. The ideal candidate has 5 to 7 years of experience in commercial litigation, experience in small claims court, and strong oral and written litigation skills.
