Job Description

Overview: Talent & Learning is responsible for shaping and implementing effective employee development solutions that align with our client's talent strategy and broader business objectives. We focus on building leadership and employee capabilities that drive organizational success. Position Summary: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Programs, the Program Manager, Enterprise Learning will lead the end-to-end design and delivery of learning solutions that align with the overall enterprise learning strategy. This role involves partnering with L&D Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business stakeholders to create best-in-class learning programs for a diverse, enterprise-wide audience. You will ensure the effective delivery of continuous learning initiatives that foster targeted behavior change at varying proficiency levels. This is a 1-year contract with our client in the banking industry, and requires the talent to work at our client's office in the financial district in Toronto 2 days per week. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Learning Solutions Architects/Advisors to plan and execute enterprise learning projects from concept to delivery, including the design, development, and deployment of internal and outsourced learning solutions. Develop and implement change management strategies to drive awareness and adoption of new learning programs. Lead the design and execution of measurement and evaluation processes to assess program effectiveness. Manage the overall learning portfolio, ensuring projects align with organizational objectives and managing interdependencies across programs. Utilize key project management tools (e.g., project charters, schedules, change requests) to maintain governance, control risks, and engage stakeholders effectively. Oversee budgeting and funding allocation to optimize project productivity. Qualifications & Skills: 7-10 years of experience in project/program management, preferably within a learning or adult education environment. 3 years of experience leading large-scale L&D projects and global curriculum implementation. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and their application across various delivery methods. PMP certification is required; Scrum Master certification is preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver results while maintaining high operational and service excellence. Expertise in program evaluation, measurement, and analysis. Strong client focus, with an ability to quickly understand client needs and act as a trusted advisor on learning solutions. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adapting to shifting business priorities. Effective collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that fosters team morale and high engagement. Ability to translate business requirements into successful project plans in partnership with vendors and internal teams. Exceptional organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Project. Experience facilitating virtual meetings and collaborating via tools such as Adobe Connect, WebEx, MS Teams, and SharePoint. Strong background in budget management, program strategy, and stakeholder communication across various COEs and business lines.
