**Job Title:** Cath Lab Technician

**Job Specialty:** Cardiology/Radiology - Cath Lab

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 70 hours per 2 weeks

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years

**License:** Valid state license (pending license may be accepted)

**Certifications:**
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

**Must-Have:**
- Hemo dynamic monitoring skills
- Experience in obtaining vitals
- Coil embolization experience
- Interventional Radiology and Peripheral experience preferred
- On-call and weekend call availability
- Flexibility to float between facilities within the region

**Job Description:**
- Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist with STEMI, IABP, Impella, and Tandem Heart procedures
- Work on structural heart interventions including PFO, TAVR, and Mitral Clip
- Conduct Interventional Radiology procedures such as lines, drains, embolizations, and angioplasty
- Participate in neurointerventional procedures and CRM device implants
- Utilize Philips X-Ray System and a variety of atherectomy and thrombectomy devices
- Support in temporary LVAD management
- Use McKesson for Cath Lab operations and Epic for charting
- Complete 40 hours of orientation and required pre-start modules
- Work a flexible block schedule based on facility needs
- Reference checks covering one year of employment within the last three years are required for this position.
