Weekly Pay Range - $2223 To $2470
**Job Title:** Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

**Shift:** Night, 4x10-Hour (21:00 - 07:30)
**Guaranteed Hours:** Not Specified
**Experience:** Will consider less than 2 years of experience; vascular and thoracic experience required
**License:** Active WA license required
**Certifications:** BLS, IAHCSMM
**Must-Have:** National Certification from NBSTSA
**Job Description:**
- Float to other operating room units and/or campuses as required.
- Handle surgeries in multiple specialties including General Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Colorectal, Podiatry, ENT, Dental, Pediatrics, Plastics, Maxillofacial, Gynecology, Thoracic, Bariatric, Pulmonary, Urology, Vascular, Transplant (Liver, Kidney), and Endovascular / Hybrid.
- Screen for missing specialties.
- Demonstrate skills in Ambulatory OR, Teaching Hospital, and Trauma (preferred).
- Expertise in General OR, Bariatrics, Endo/Laparoscopic, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, Thoracic, Transplant, Urology, Vascular, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, Endovascular Aneurysm Repair.
- Scrub experience required.
- Complete non-billable modules pre-start and annually, approximately an average of 16 hours.
- Participate in an orientation program for 40 hours; non-billable.
- Provide patient care across various age groups: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics.
- Obtain necessary references showing one year of employment within the last three years.
- Scrubs provided by the facility.
- Maximum of 5 days off allowed, no holidays.
