Weekly Pay Range - $2009 To $2232


**Job Title:** Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) / OR Tech

**Experience:** Less than 2 years considered; first-time traveler with the right experience

**License:** Active Washington license required

**Certifications:** National certification from NBSTSA, BLS, IAHCSMM

**Must-Have:**
- Vascular and thoracic experience
- Ability to float as required
- Call shifts: Three weeknight call shifts (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.) and three weekend call shifts (7 a.m. - 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.) per 6-week schedule
- Call response time is 30 minutes

**Job Description:**

- Locals approved at travel rate; perm employees of specified hospital locations do not qualify for certain contracts
- Required to float to other units or campuses within the scope of practice
- Experience in a teaching hospital preferred
- Exposure to a range of surgeries including General Surgery, Surgical Oncology, Vascular, Thoracic, and Transplant surgeries
- Adept in scrub procedures including Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, and Endovascular Aneurysm Repair
- Engage with a diverse patient age group: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics
- Participate in a supportive work environment with opportunities for professional advancement
- Complete required modules pre-start and annually (approximately 16 non-billable hours, over 20 hours requires approval)
- Orientation consists of 40 non-billable hours
