Field Service - Mining Conveyors & Cranes - Philadelphia, PA
Field Service Mechanic Tech Technician Install Repair Maintain Maintenance Conveyors Cranes Mining Equipment Machinery Vibratory Vibrating Sorting Bucket Belt Mining Diesel Engines Hydraulic Pumps Aggregate Coal Ore Cement _ .
Seeking Field Service Technician with experience repairing industrial cranes from 2.5 to 25 ton capacity.
Shall:
*** Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial mining conveyors and cranes.
*** Visit customer sites and dismantle equipment to find mechanical, electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic issues and repair on site, or order and install new component parts.
*** Diagnose and repair diesel engines as needed.
Practical Experience:
*** Familiarity with 120V controls, variable frequency drives, inverters or related motor controls.
*** Understanding of diesel engines from Cummins, Mercedes Benz, Kubota or similar.
*** Repair of hydraulic lines, valves, cylinders and pumps for boom operation.
Competitive compensation up to $120,000 with overtime, full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance. Paid time off for vacations, holidays and personal days. Company paid training and advancement opportunities as well as company provided field service trucks with web based diagnostics and communications capabilities.
