Job Description
Job Title: Electrophysiology Technician
Job Specialty: Electrophysiology Lab
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift, 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Experience: Electrophysiology lab experience required; interventional radiology or critical care experience preferred
License: Valid license required; facility accepts 90-day temporary license authorization for travelers with an existing state license from another state
Certifications: Current ARRT, RCIS or RCES certification required; BLS and ACLS required
Must-Have:
- Experience with EP Mapping
- Familiarity with CARTO, ENSITE, and CARDIOLAB systems
Job Description:
- Perform tasks related to cardiovascular technology in the Electrophysiology Lab.
- Participate in rotating late shifts; no weekend or on-call requirements.
- Stay late as required when cases extend into the evening.
- Follow compliance protocols including completion of orientation and modules.
- Adhere to holiday work requirements by working at least one holiday per season.
- Ensure COVID-19 and flu vaccinations are up-to-date, with exemptions available for medical or religious reasons.
