Job Description
**Job Title:** Cardiac Cath Lab Technician
**Job Specialty:** Cardiac Cath Lab

**Shift:** 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM
**Guaranteed Hours:**
**Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience
**License:** Required
**Certifications:** ARRT or RCIS
**Must-Have:**
- Candidates without minimum 2 years of experience and ARRT or RCIS certification will not be considered.
**Job Description:**
- Opportunity available in a busy Cardiac Cath Lab with 3 labs.
- Requires experience in standard diagnostic and complex interventional cases.
- On-call requirement: Average 9 days per month.
- Weekend requirement: Average 1 weekend per month.
- Work with a dedicated team comprising 9 day-shift staff plus a supervisor and a 3-person call team during night shifts.
- Patient ratio maintained at 1:1.
- Familiarity with Philips equipment and Meditech EMR is crucial.
- The lab has a very high volume, demanding a sense of urgency.
- Scrubs are provided by the hospital.
- Recognized for the 4th highest engagement score within the hospital.
