Weekly Pay Range - $2775 To $3084
**Job Title:** PET CT Technologist
**Job Specialty:** PET CT
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 10 Hour Days
**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week
**Experience:** 1-2 years PET/PET CT imaging experience
**License:** State license as required
**Certifications:**
- Certification in Nuclear Medicine (NMTCB or ARRT (RT-N))
- CPR certification
**Must-Have:**
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Venipuncture certification
- Valid state driver's license (if applicable)
**Job Description:**
- Responsible for patient safety, including pre-screening for contraindications and aseptic injection techniques.
- Ensure radiation safety and compliance with regulations, including proper documentation and technique when working with radioactive materials/patients.
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Communicate effectively with customers and/or radiologists.
- Train new technologists and personnel.
- Troubleshoot scanner, coach, and peripheral equipment, including monitors and PACS.
- Local travel may be required.
