Job Title: CT/X-Ray Technician

Job Specialty: Dual Modality (CT and X-ray)

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Tuesday-Friday (12:00 PM - 10:30 PM); for the period 10/20-11/5, the shift will be Sunday-Thursday (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 2 years preferred

License: Active VA State license required

Certifications: AHA BLS, ARRT-CT, ARRT-R

Must-Have:
- Strong IV skills
- Experience with EPIC and Fuji PACs

Job Description:
- Perform common CT studies including heads, abdominal, pelvic, angiography, and extremities
- Conduct X-ray exams such as chest (portable) and routine exams
- Handle 0-15 studies per day, with a rare occurrence of up to 22 exams
- Provide weekend on-call backup once a month with a 45-minute response time
- Work during holidays as needed, covering one major and one minor holiday
- Wear black scrubs as part of the uniform
- Undertake floor-specific orientation
- Use PACS Visage and equipment like GE CT and Philips X-ray units
- Access Epic Radiant modules as required
