Job Description
Job Title: Electrophysiology Technologist
Job Specialty: Arrhythmia and Cardiac Technology
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 10.00 Hrs, Day Shift (Start Time: 6:45 AM, no call, no weekends)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum years of experience required
License: Required
Certifications: ARRT (R) required; ARRT (VI) and ARRT (CV) preferred
Must-Have: Credentialing required 2 - 3 weeks prior to start
Job Description:
- Work in the EP Lab focusing on electrophysiology procedures and technologies
- Collaborate with medical and clinical staff to provide high-quality care
- Perform and assist with electrophysiology studies and related interventions
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure patient and staff safety
- Maintain and ensure proper function of equipment used during procedures
- Participate in orientation and training to stay updated on best practices
- Ensure accurate documentation and recording of all procedures and patient interactions
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and team collaboration
