**Job Description:**

- Supervise nursing care while coordinating total patient care with physicians.
- Lead and direct interdisciplinary care teams across Intensive Care and Med/Surg level units.
- Float between units as needed.
- Be on call every Tuesday and every 4th to 5th weekend.
- Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
