**Job Title:** Certified Surgical Tech (CST)

**Shift:** Days Variable Days 4/10 or 3/12

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** 2+ years of OR experience required

**License:** NCCT or NBSTSA certification required

**Certifications:** HSPA (IAHCSMM), BLS (AHA), NBSTSA, NCCT

**Must-Have:** Travel experience is highly preferred

**Job Description:**

- Gather all supplies needed for surgical operations.
- Maintain responsibility for keeping the operating room sterile.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with surgical team members.
- Assist in the preparation and management of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in maintaining a sterile field during procedures.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Participate in continuous education and training as required.
