**Job Title:** Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST)

**Experience:** Minimum 3 years in a Level I or Level II trauma center or large teaching hospital

**License:** IL License required

**Certifications:** CPR Certification

**Must-Have:**
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination one week prior to start date
- Familiarity with multiple surgical services

**Job Description:**
- Provide technical support and assistance during surgeries
- Work every other weekend/on-call
- Experienced in multiple services including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Thoracic, Trauma, Oral-Maxillofacial, ENT, General, Ophthalmology, Gynecology, Ortho/Plastics Hand, Plastics, Urology, Colo-Rectal, Pediatric, and Adult surgeries
- Capable of adapting to various units if required
- Adhere to RTO policies: maximum of 5 days and no more than 2 consecutive days, with restrictions around holidays and weekends
- Complete a 24-hour orientation session
