**Job Description:**

- Perform duties as a surgical technologist in the operating room
- Assist in preparing the operating room for surgeries, including setting up sterile instruments and equipment
- Maintain aseptic technique during surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses to ensure smooth operation of the surgical team
- Manage surgical instruments and supplies, ensuring availability and readiness for procedures
- Perform tasks with precision during complex orthopedic and neurological cases
- Ensure patient safety and provide support throughout surgical procedures
- Uphold compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices in a high-pressure environment
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
