Job Description
• Repairs and maintenance, including but not limited to: replacing rotten wood, maintaining electrical wiring and some plumbing, performing small demolition jobs.
• Assist with installations and/or replacements - simple to complex projects.
• Assembly of various trade goods.
• Operate or tend to powered equipment.
• Paint, drywall, tile, carpentry, electrical, plumbing and general handyman jobs.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees and supervisors.
Requirements
• Previous construction knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrate a high level of mental aptitude and physical ability.
• Must understand units of measurement and basic math skills.
• Dependable and self-motivated with desire to learn new skill sets.
• Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods of time, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
