Anderkin Remodeling is a reputable and fast-growing home remodeling company specializing in transforming kitchens and bathrooms into stunning spaces for our clients. As we continue to expand our operations we are seeking a skilled and experienced Job Lead to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Job Lead you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various Kitchen and Bathroom projects as well as training and supervising less experienced team members. You will work closely with the owner, clients and sub-contractors ensuring that all requirements of the job are met while delivering high quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities Include:

• Independently manage Kitchen and Bath remodeling projects from clients dream to final payment
• Supervise and train less experienced team members, ensuring they adhere to quality standard and objectives
• Coordinate with subcontractors ensuring projects are done in a timely manner and to the standards of Anderkin Remodeling
• Communicate regularly with owner, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues
• Maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and the work is completed within budget for labor and materials

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in home remodeling industry with the ability to complete
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Drywall hanging and finishing
  • Painting
  • Tile installation
• Strong experience with finish carpentry
• Track record of independently managing and successfully completing remodeling projects
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor others effectively

Compensation
