**Job Title:** Cath Lab Technician
**Job Specialty:** Radiology / Cardiology
**Job Duration:** 13 Weeks
**Shift:** Day 4x10-Hour (07:30 - 18:00)
**Guaranteed Hours:** Flexible scheduling if census is low
**Experience:** 2 Years Required
**License:** Washington State Radiology License required
**Certifications:** ACLS, BCLS, RCIS or ARRT required
**Must-Have:** EPIC experience is a plus, but not required

**Job Description:**

- Carry out duties as a Cath Lab Tech in a short-term acute care teaching center with Magnet status.
- Responsible for scrubbing and monitoring Cath procedures, including PCIs and support devices like IABP and Impella.
- Participate in an on-call schedule, required 4-6 days/month, including late shifts.
- Open to floating within the hospital but not to sister hospitals.
- Weekend shifts are required.
- First-timers in this role are accepted.
- Will not accommodate a block schedule unless stated otherwise.
- Pending licenses are not accepted; candidates must have an active license.
- A maximum of one week's request for time off is allowed, with no time off during orientation week.
- Must provide two references upon submission.
- Previous staff must have an 18-month gap before returning as a traveler.
- Allied staff orientations are available on any Monday; modules are to be completed pre-start, with EPIC completed during orientation.

**Special Notes:** Candidates with CVT (RCIS) or RT (ARRT) are required. For areas closed on weekends and holidays, the facility will not schedule travelers or meet minimum hour requirements during these periods.
