**Job Description:**

- Provide respiratory therapy services for adults and neonates, with rare pediatric cases for emergency stabilization and transfer.
- Cover inpatient areas such as Med Surg, Emergency Room, ICU/PCU, PACU, pre-op, and NICU, including bedside or OR bronchoscopy procedures.
- Perform essential tasks such as EKGs, bedside bronchoscopy, and bedside spirometry.
- Work with various respiratory therapy equipment, including Draeger, Avea, and Hamilton ventilators, V60 BiPAP, Airvo High Flow, and Volaira for CPEP.
- Engage in team scheduling with shifts from 0630-1900 and 1830-0700.
- Fulfill weekend and holiday requirements every other occurrence.
- Float to all areas within the hospital as necessary.
- Complete two 12-hour shifts for unit/department-specific orientation.
- Utilize EPIC charting system.
- Demonstrate attributes such as dependability, hard work, patient-centered care, initiative, efficiency, a positive outlook, and experience in critical care areas, including NICU and Med-Surg.
- Meet radius criteria and ensure time-off requests are submitted upfront for approval within contract limitations.
- Adhere to the cancellation policy allowing up to 3 shifts per contract.
