Weekly Pay Range - $2029 To $2254


**Job Title:** X-Ray Technician

**Job Specialty:** Radiology / Cardiology

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Mid 5x8-Hour (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Client may cancel up to 36 hours per thirteen-week assignment without compensation for the canceled hours.

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year required. First-timers accepted.

**License:** Active IL state license required.

**Certifications:** ARRT, BLS

**Must-Have:**
- Experience in Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, ER, ICU, NICU, Operating Room
- Skills in Abdomen/ GI X-Ray (Abdomen decubitus, Abdomen supine, Abdomen upright)
- Skills in Chest and Thorax X-Ray (Chest AP, Chest Lateral Decubitus, Chest routine, Upper Airway)
- Experience with O-ARM equipment
- Head X-Ray skills (Facial bones, Orbits, Paranasal sinuses, Skull, Temporomandibular joints)
- Lower Extremity X-Ray skills (Ankle, Femur, Foot, Knee, Tibia-Fibula)
- Mobile/Surgical X-Ray skills (C-Arm Procedure, Portable abdomen, Portable Chest)
- Spine and Pelvis X-Ray skills (Cervical Spine, Hip, Lumbar Spine, Pelvis, Sacrum and/or Coccyx, Thoracic Spine)
- Upper Extremity X-Ray skills (Clavicle, Elbow, Forearm, Hand, Scapula, Shoulder, Trauma shoulder or Humerus, Wrist)
- Cerner experience preferred
- Level I Trauma experience preferred

**Job Description:**
- Work every other weekend and holidays as needed.
- On-call responsibilities as required.
- Discuss schedule requests with the manager for potential block scheduling.
- Candidates will not float within the facility to meet needs.
- Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays during the assignment.
- Orientation includes 16 non-billable hours.

This position is at an acute care hospital that is a Level I trauma center and magnet facility.
