Roles and responsibilities
Find ways to relay the curriculum to students in KS3, KS4 or KS5
Plan work in accordance with departmental schemes of work and online curriculum
Take account of pupils’ prior levels of attainment and use them to set future target
Mark and return work set, including homework within an agreed and reasonable time frames
Monitor and set targets for the social and academic progress of all pupils
Endeavour to build good relationships with the students, so there is mutual respect
The ideal candidate will:
Have a Degree and QTS Desirable (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)
Be a committed team player
Be confident and adaptable to different environments
Have strong classroom management skills
Be able to deliver lessons in a fun and engaging way that students can relate to
Be able to commute to Buckinghamshire
