Job Title: Multidisciplinary Pathway Worker – Mental Health Team
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Multidisciplinary Pathway Worker to join the mental health team in Broadstairs, Kent. The role is full-time, on-site, and focused on assessments and reducing waiting times for young people.
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for covering duty, undertaking initial assessments, and helping reduce waiting times for young people requiring mental health treatment.
*
The role involves conducting clinical harm reviews for young people waiting to start treatment, ensuring timely and effective intervention.
*
Strong skills in assessment, communication, IT systems, and risk assessment and management are essential.
Position Details:
* Location: Broadstairs, Kent
* Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 (on-site, 3-month contract)
* Rates:
* Weekday Rate: £30.30 per hour
* Night/Saturday Rate: £35.80 per hour
* Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £40.44 per hour
* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
* Strong experience in mental health assessments and risk management
* Proficiency in IT systems and communication
