Project Manager | £75,000 - £85,000 | Essex | Main Contractor | Permanent

Terrible rhyme, I know. But the sentiment remains. I need to find a Project Manager to run a new build and fit out education project in Essex and I need them to start yesterday.
So, here I am to tell you a little bit about what I am after and who you will be working for.
Ultimately, the Project Manager will take overall responsibility for the management and success of projects, including customer relations, health and safety, quality, environmental, programmes and the cost/value of operations.
Simple right? Well, maybe not simple but for the person I am looking for, they will have lived and breathed the above for the past few years and will be able to demonstrate proven experience of doing so.
So why move to this contractor? A question I get asked a lot and one that all applicants should ask.
