Senior Mechanical Engineer

Senior Mechanical Engineer - £60k - Energy/Sustainability - London

I’m currently recruiting for a leading tech company specialising in the development of industrial machinery in the Energy sector.

They’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join an expanding team. You will have the opportunity to work on several projects currently in early stage development and take them all the way through to production.

Main Duties Include:

+ New Product Development

+ 3D CAD Design

+ Prototyping and testing

+ Support junior engineers

+ Working internally with suppliers

Skills and Experience Required:

+ Minimum 7 years experience with high-speed automation machinery

+ 3D CAD design experience (Solidworks preferred)

+ Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle

+ Experience with HP/HT products

+ Experience with engineering simulation (FEA, CFD)

Salary is circa £60k depending on experience. The company also has a wide range of benefits including health insurance and hybrid working on offer for this exciting position.
