Job Description

Full time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Fixed term contract for a period of 6 - 9 months


The role
A vacancy has arisen foraHR Database Administrator who will have a particular focus on HR systems and processesdeliveringday-to-day high quality,accurate and timelyadministrative support as part of the wider HR team. You will assist with data entry, maintenance, reporting and data analysis of the HR database ensuring our HRIS holds accurate and up-to-date information. You will also assist with new starter processes and pre-employment checks;ensuring we can welcome new starters to our School in a timely manner that is valued by our line managers.

The skills
You will have previous experience as an HR generalist, preferably with systems knowledge and experience in a busy office where you will be used to responding swiftly and efficiently to support your colleagues and being flexible to assist others when needed. Your high level of time management and personal organisation and your appreciation for detailed processes and meticulous eye for detail will ensure data integrity within our systems and processes. You will establish a reputation for reliability and professionalism and enjoy working in a friendly, supportive team within our vibrant and historic environment.

It is one of the best-known schools in the world and has around 840 pupils.The HR Department is a team of nine specialistswho provide the full range of HR services across the School for teaching and non-teaching staff.
