What you'll do as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special needs
Implement tailored learning plans and adapted teaching materials
Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
Monitor student progress
Collaborate with teachers and parents
What you need to be as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant:
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children (essential)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility and creativity to adapting to student needs
Experience with special educational needs (desirable, not essential)

Fantastic referral scheme- for everyTA/LSA you refer to us receive £75 and for every teacher receive £125. Meaning if you achieve one of each every term that's £1200 tax free every academic year

Office hours 6am-6pm with consultant on call until 9pm; we're always available for a chat about anything and everything work-related
Competitive rate of pay, including holiday pay
Dedicated Special Needs Consultant at Term Time Teachers who will liaise between you and the school
Information on the Special Needs Teaching Assistant role:
Location- Tunbridge Wells, Kent
Pay- £85-100 per day. This is equivalent to £425-£500 per week Full-Time. Day rate is dependent on qualifications and experience.
Hours- 8.30am-3.30pm Monday-Friday. Full-time and part-time positions available
Contract- day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and permanent positions available
Year- Key Stages 1-5 (Years 1-13 ages 4-19)
Qualifications- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or Level 5 and above.
