Your Role: As a Project Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of our projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing and managing project budgets and forecasts
Conducting cost analysis and financial reporting
Managing procurement processes and subcontractor negotiations
Overseeing contract administration and compliance
Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success
What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a main contracting environment
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
