About the Role:
Career Teachers is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our team in the City of Derby. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support students in managing their behaviour and achieving their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with behavioural needs.
Assist in the planning and implementation of behaviour management strategies.
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student development.
Participate in school activities and events.Requirements:
Experience working with children with behavioural needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student success.
Relevant qualifications or training in behaviour management (preferred but not essential).What We Offer:
