Job Description
We are currently seeking a Contract Manager to join our industry leading Term Maintenance division to manage 10-15 schools under one trust across London and 1 pharmaceutical site.
The contract is to deliver electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance direct to client.
As our Contract Manager you will be responsible for the overall delivery of all aspects of the work including labour management, financials and deliverables. The role has great potential for growth though additional Schools within the trust under the current framework.
Duties
• Supporting our clients from the pre- planning and pre-programming of works through to completion
• Ensuring the smooth running of sites through regular liaison with key stakeholders, supervisors, and sub-contractors
• Ensuring that the works programme is effectively resourced with labour, plant and materials
• Monitoring works and performance against the contract to enable the accurate submission of accurate monthly invoices and final account settlement
• Building effective and professional working relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Undertake site visits, audit visits and client meetings.
• Ensuring Financial targets are met and implementing changes.
• Driving additional business through additional minor works and projects
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive Contract Manager who has experience in delivering public sector contracts in the hard services engineering field.
You will have solid experience in MS 365 and facilities management work flow management system.
Experience of working on Term Maintenance contracts or for public bodies would be beneficial. You will hold a qualification in a construction or engineering-related field,
A full UK driving license and ideally safety management qualification such as IOSH or SMSTS.
