We are partnering with a prestigious security guarding services provider to recruit an experienced Site Security Manager. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will oversee the security operations at a dedicated site in Nottinghamshire leading your team to deliver high-quality, customer-focused security services. As a Site Security Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
* Client Relationship Management: Building and developing strong relationships with the client, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Team Management: Managing the security team and suppliers, empowering them to deliver outstanding service.
* Performance Improvement: Driving continuous improvement in security functions, with a focus on exceeding client expectations and improving value for money.
* KPI Management: Ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) to benchmark security performance and identify areas for development.
* Risk Management: Conducting risk assessments, inspections, and security tests to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
* Security Planning: Overseeing all security planning and operations.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, creating a secure and sustainable environment
