Duties and Responsibilities: - Producing Statements of Claim, Trial Records and client correspondence; - Creation and preparation of documents; - Dealing with undertaking, pleadings, motion materials etc.; and - Any other legal and administrative duties as required. Requirements: - 5 years experience in Personal Injury law; - Law Clerk diploma from a recognized institute; - Strong written and verbal communication skills; - Good time management and organizational abilities; and - Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook and experience with Primafact .
