Job Title: Client Support Specialist - Cone Crushers Location: Ontario or Quebec (Must be bilingual, English and French) Length: Full-Time Employment Rotation: Mon-Fri (with some exceptions while traveling) Position Summary: Our client, a global leader in rock crushing equipment for the mining industry, is seeking a Client Support Specialist. This bilingual role will report to the Client Support Director and will focus on providing expert technical support related to cone crushers. The ideal candidate will be confident and professional in a client-facing capacity, offering training, troubleshooting, and promoting our client’s innovative products. Frequent domestic and international travel is a requirement of this role. Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical support and training to clients on cone crushers, ensuring their effective operation. Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, demonstrating expertise in cone and gyratory crushers. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Promote company products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the engineering team to relay client feedback and contribute to product improvements. Qualifications: To thrive in this role, candidates should have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mining engineering, or a related mechanical trade. Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, particularly with cone crushers; experience with gyratory crushers is a valuable asset. Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and French, with strong communication skills for interpreting technical documents and engaging effectively with stakeholders. Technical Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability: Ability to adjust to diverse work environments and physical demands, with a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in client relationships.
