BILINGUAL PROJECT COORDINATOR FULL-TIME HYBRID Salary up to $65K Are you fluent in English and French? Do you thrive in a project-based role? Are you highly detailed and organized? They're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative to join the team and support exciting projects on the go and coming up Company Perks and Rewards Compensation up to $65K Hybrid work model (3 days in office) Collaborative and supportive team culture Focus on professional development Opportunities to work on key certification projects And more The Job As the Project Coordinator, you are instrumental to the success of various projects. You will: Coordinate and execute tasks in collaboration with team members Identify, delegate, and follow-up on various action items Track and report on project progress and metrics Escalate unresolved project issues or delays Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Maintain and organize project information and documents Prepare meeting materials and take minutes Support the planning of departmental meetings and workshops Assist with administrative tasks Other tasks as assigned What you bring to the job You are a professional with a passion for project management and a strong skillset in seeing things to the finish line. You can be both independent as well as collaborative, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You also have: Post-secondary education, ideally in business or political science is preferred At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role Fluency in English and French at a native or bilingual level Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional organizational and project management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Experience with project management software would be an asset Basic knowledge/understanding of payroll would be an asset Qualified job seekers are asked to apply with attention to Rhiannon Bodman.
